All clients must be 18+ with valid ID if requested. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe. Results may vary based on individual factors including lifestyle, health and adherence to aftercare. By booking a treatment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the policies outlined, as well as any additional verbal or written guidance provided.

These treatments use an autologous product derived from your own blood, therefore a Patch test and Consultation appointment is not mandatory.  We will always discuss and personalise your treatment plan with you, so the consultation appointment is optional, recommended for those only who would like to be seen for a discussion prior to starting any treatment. All clients are required to complete a medical questionnaire and consent form. You will be asked to complete a consent form and disclose any medical conditions. If you have any medical condition or concerns about your suitability please contact us or book a consultation.  You may not be eligible for treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of certain medical conditions (including blood disorders), or have used Roaccutane within the last 6 months. Suitability is confirmed on an individual basis. Results vary between individuals. While some improvement may be seen after a single session, a course of treatments (typically 3 sessions) is recommended for optimal results, followed by maintenance sessions. As these treatments rely on your body’s natural regenerative processes, outcomes cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on individual response. The benefit of this treatment is that it is natural, so you should expect natural results with longer term regeneration.  Post-treatment reviews are available following course treatments to assess progress and plan ongoing care.

All vitamin treatments are administered with safety as a priority. We reserve the right to decline or adjust treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. Vitamin C & D: A consultation and recent blood test results confirming levels are required prior to treatment. These appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once booked. Vitamin B12: Can be booked directly if you have previously completed a consultation. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to complete documentation. We recommend appropriate spacing between treatments, typically 1–2 monthly for maintenance unless otherwise advised. All clients must be well on the day of treatment, and we advise eating and staying well hydrated prior to your appointment.

We are currently not accepting new clients for eyelash extensions. This service remains available home-based and only to existing long-term clients. All original policy applies. Booking requires contacting us directly as availability on FRESHA is for PRF London appointments at Stanmore only.  Cosmetic tattooing services are not currently offered at this location. We are happy to advise on referrals where appropriate.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy - which can be managed online All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment (although FRESHA refers to payment as a deposit, this is fully paid) Changes within 48 hours may not be possible and are non-refundable Appointments booked within 48 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled One reschedule is permitted per booking (subject to availability) Missed appointments or no-shows will result in forfeited payment and adjustments to future bookings Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. If treatment is not possible within the remaining time, the appointment may be cancelled and payment forfeited. All services are non-refundable once completed. You agree to follow all appointment requirements, policy, pre-care, during, and aftercare.  Any outstanding balances must be paid and we reserve the right to charge the card on file.

For the safety of all clients, treatments cannot be carried out if you are unwell. If you are experiencing symptoms such as cold, flu, COVID-19, or any infectious illness, please do not attend your appointment and contact us to reschedule. We maintain strict clinical hygiene and infection control standards at all times.

All clients are required to complete consent forms prior to treatment. Treatments cannot proceed without full and accurate disclosure of medical information. Your personal data and medical information are stored securely in accordance with UK data protection regulations (GDPR). We retain client records for a minimum of 7 years (standard for medical/aesthetic practice and insurance purposes). Clinical photographs may be taken for: medical records treatment planning monitoring progress With your consent, images may also be used for educational or promotional purposes. Your identity will never be disclosed without permission, and you may opt out at any time
